This pump configuration is virtually identical to the KR series but is designed for vertical installation. Thanks to this arrangement, the installation footprint is extremely compact and in-line installation is also possible. With fewer components than conventional long-coupled pumps, maintenance requirements are significantly reduced. In addition, maintenance is easier to perform, as the motor and rotating assembly can be removed vertically. All pipework and the pump casing can remain in place, allowing the pump to be returned to service quickly.
